What is my spending limit with Tabby?

The spending limit depends on a number of factors, including the type of products you purchase, the store you make the purchase from, and your history of previous Tabby payments.

Is Tappy free?

Absolutely! Tabby does not charge any interest or fees on payments made on time.

How and when will the refunded amounts be credited back to my account?

Refunds are processed according to the store's return and cancellation policy. Once the store registers your return or cancellation request, Tabby will begin processing your refund. Here's what you can expect from your Tabby refund: - If the refund amount is less than the remaining balance, the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly. - If the refund amount is more than the remaining balance, the remaining balance will be canceled, and the excess amount will be refunded. How long does a refund take? - In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the refund is credited to the card used for the original payment. This takes 10 days for Saudi Arabia and 21 days for Mada cards. - In Kuwait and Bahrain, the refund is credited to your Tabby wallet and can be used for future Tabby purchases.
